Returns & Refunds
We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 28 days of receipt.

Returned items are on average refunded within 14 days of posting, however, in the event of a delay in receiving the item(s) this may take up to a maximum 28-day delay. Refunds will be credited by the original method of payment. Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

Refunds will be processed by our Accounts Management Team only after we have received all the return items in good, resaleable condition as stated above.

We ask you to take reasonable care of the goods you purchase while they are in your possession.

This means that you may inspect and try on the goods as you would try them on in any store but tags should not be removed from any item and the original packaging should be retained. Goods should not be soiled, torn or damaged.

All swimwear must have the Hygienic Protection Sticker intact and inplace to be eligible for refund when returned.

Returns or exchanges are valid only on items with defective or faulty manufacturing faults within 30 days.

No refunds or exchanges can be made for incorrect choice of products, colour, size, or change of mind. Return items must not been worn, or washed.

Shipping Fees are non-refundable.

A 10% Restocking fee is applicable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

You, the buyer, are responsible for return postage costs.

You must return items in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them. If you don’t follow our item condition policy for returns, you may not receive a full refund.

Any branded or decorated item(s) cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

Please put your order number on the parcel with the word RETURN

We do our best to describe all items as detailed as possible. Colour of uniforms may be slightly different to the image depicted on your computer resolution, brightness and settings. Unfortunately, we have no control over this.
Reasonable tolerances and variations in styles, colours, finishes, sizes, measurements, weights and other specifications may occur.
In line with generally accepted industry practices, a +/- 5% tolerance in sizes, measurements and weights should be allowed for when placing your order.
All exchanges of orders must be placed again in a new purchase order by the customer.
